John and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimers Society and for attending the funeral service.

Bretby Crematorium, thanks to Margaret Jordan for bringing Sarah Holy Communion every week, thanks to Ward & Brewin Funeral Service for their help and support, and last but not least my grateful thanks to the management
and nursing staff at Glendair and Cedar Court Nursing Homes for all the love and care given to my wife, Sarah, during her long illness.
